For an elderly woman, any of those would be comfortable (she has to be the judge of that). What’s also important is that the shoe gives her plenty of support, has good tread for good traction (no slipping & falling!), and fits well (not a sloppy fit – as that can contribute to falling). Bottomline – you don’t want your grandmother to take any falls – so whatever shoe she finds comfortable & minimizes her risk for a fall!
