What is the most comfortable black work shoes for women to wear with a skirt or dress?

We have a very small work space so I don’t do alot of walking around. We use a business uniform so it can’t be tennis shoes. If the insoles have a smooth surface and I use nylons, my feet always slides around and my feet are sore and on the verge of blisters. Any suggestions short of buying shoes over $100.00? thanks for your input, much appreciated
I would use black flats from AE (American Eagle)
1-11/2 inch heel ballet style pumps .
crocs… i work 12 hr shifts and thats what i wear……….
Personally I think boots are the most comfortable shoes out of anything, but a lot of people say that’s just me. But if you get the right ones they feel great and can look great {but not trampy} even with a skirt or dress. I don’t know if that’s your taste though, so the only other options I can think of are ballet flats or really dressy flip flop styled shoes. My grandma gets magazines that are specialized with feet which have quite a few good shoes that are theraputic for your feet. You might find something you like in one of those.
Hope it works out – xxxx
