Women: High heeled shoes or ballet flats :)
Men: Sneakers or leather :)

    The shoes have to have a good fit for your feet, and a nice squishy foam insole is ideal. Anytime I’ve worn uncomfortable shoes, they’ve either had not enough room for the toes, been a bit too small, or haven’t been broken in yet.
