Why Do American poeple wear “Crocs Shoes” ?

As a European girl I can’t understand why American people love wearing those Ugly, totally untrendy, totally not glamour or fashionable shoes? Tell me it’s not only because they are comfortable, because women’s shoes are not supposed to be comfortable…

    Honey, let me tell you, that I’m an American women, and I think those are the UGLIEST shoes I have ever seen……… I would never wear those shoes…….

    Sorry but its because they are EXTREMELY comfortable! yes they are ugly, very ugly but comfortable.
    I’ve seen celebrities wear them though.

    Try a pair on just to see how they feel. You never know, you might end up buying a pair and just wear them around the house or to the grocery store like I do. :)

    I’m American, I personally think they are ugly too. Mainly I see nurses wear them, for the comfort I guess. But to me, they are no more comfortable than my pair of sneakers in the closet. My six year old son has a pair his grandmother bought him (navy blue). Not to bad on him, but it’s really silly seeing older women wearing them.

    I am American and I don’t wear them. I think they are the ugliest shoes I have ever seen….and they look extremely cheap.

    some stupid people wear them cuz “theyre comfortable!”. and they are sorta popular but most people i know think theiy’re hideous and i agree.
