Beatrix Potter is an internationally well-known writer who is close to the people of this world through many of her great works. She could re-invent and extend the magical Romantic era of various writers and poets through her beautiful writings that always included various positive shades of love and affection. She always loved nature and had respect for every aspect of the natural beauty she came across in her life.

Beatrix Potter books reached the children generation pretty closely. Her books are so interesting that children could re-develop the world with a blend of beauty that the author herself had in her mind.

The Tale of Peter Rabbit (1901), The Tale of Squirrel Nutkin (1903), The Tale of Benjamin Bunny (1904), The Tale of Timmy Tiptoes (1911) are a few of her best works recognized all over the world. Interestingly, Beatrix Potter spent most of her life within the beautiful nature. Her rich family could not be a life-long support for her. Moreover as she was from a well to do family, most of her summers were spent living in the wild Scottish countryside. However, her rich family enabled her to spend some time within the wild nature of the Scottish countryside. B.Potter was known to sketch a variety of animals she observed in the countryside as well as some of her pets.

Her stories changed the outlook towards the woods from being “dark & mysterious” to “warm & comforting”. As she was also heavily influenced by Aesop fables, most of Beatrix Potter Books had moral values beautifully interwoven along with the storyline. As she was inspired by Aesop fables, all of her stories had moral values that proved to a good source of knowledge for the readers. Many of Beatrix Potter Books enjoyed the status of being bestsellers.

Her books gained international bestseller appreciations. Interestingly, the release of her first book The Tale of Peter Rabbit with Frederick Warne & Co publication was a great success and a remarkable achievement with 28,000 copies of that book in total.
