Decisions regarding your old roof

When that time comes you will have a couple of choices. You can install the new roof over the old roof.Or you can take off the old roof and put a brand new install of a fresh new roof. This article will examine those two ways.
So when you are choosing between the two ways there are only two factors to consider. Those factors are price and appearance. I am going to share from my experience running my roofing Escondido company.
First choice of installing the new roof over the old. When you do this you will have lumps and bumps on the roof. Some folks don’t mind it.But you must know if it something you will or not.Ask the roofing company for some recent jobs they did that you can take a look at.Then you will be able to tell if that look will bother you.Understand that if this is the way you choose you can save a lot of money. So you have to consider if it is worth it. We have done it both ways with my Vista roofing company and have had customers love both ways.
So that brings us to the second point which is price. Whether you mind the lumps and bumps or not you have to consider if price is a factor. So to put it another way, are you willing to pay more to have a better look.Or will that extra money be important to you? If you do you have to seriously see if the look will bother you with bumps. Many clients in this economy have opted to save money from what I have experienced in my roofing Encinitas company.
As you can see it really comes down to how good you want it to look. And are you willing to pay for that look.If you are in need of money pick the first way. Especially if you aren’t so picky about the looks.
