I made to smallish cheesecakes [think their 9 inchers] next to ea. other in the oven at 350 degrees. I suck at pastries and / or desserts, yet ironically am an excellent gourmet cook [snicker~earlier attempted a couple of cheesecakes today and chucked 'em out the back door for some holiday celebrating animals outdoors--what happened was a typical mistake and whipped 'em too long, so no one likes a fluffy cheesecake and it tasted like for a cheapo diner] Anyway, also switched recipes. The 1st batch was w/sour cream a lil’ lemon, yuk. Now a luscious New York style cheesecake is baking and it ain’t full of fluff! Made it w/some heavey cream and vaniella.
SOOOOO, is it ok to bake these babies at the same time? [The animals are gettin' spoiled out there].
PLEASE answer now, as it’s been 10 min. already {Snicker}
