Why do women think high heel shoes are comfortable? Isn’t i like walking on your toes?

High heel shoes look kinda dumb on a woman. They aren’t stylish, they tend to break now and then, you can’t really run very far in them, and they have a big hole in the front where the big toe is. Is that for air ventalation?
