Unlike the original Wave which was a 3G smartphone, data is managed through the Wave 2′s EDGE and GPRS connectivity. You also get a clever feature that records directly from the FM radio that’s included in the Wave 2.

The Wave 2 continues to use the Bada operating platform that has been developed by Samsung, even with the challenges of generating enough demand so that developers will want to create content for one more operating system.
