Well the boom of the housing market is now gone.  Many people made a lot of money.And of course there were a lot of people who also lost money.  During the housing boom builders were making beautiful homes all over the place.I’m pretty sure you have seen some of those homes that were models.Extremely nice furniture were located in the homes. Beautiful upgrades like tile and flooring.  During the boom if you fell in love with a model people ran off and bought it.Now with the housing market bubble bursting, that is not a possibility.
